Same goes here, I have ordered a few titles and was pleased with their performance, overall a very good UK based DVD seller.

Blackstar are OK too, just take longer to deliver, pick of the bunch would be Amazon with under 7 day shipping.

yeah ive used them as well. Pretty good service. Takes 4 days to arrive to Melb, all other places take at least 7 days.
Packaging is pretty good, ive heard email response isnt too great though.
Prices are quite high on some titles, if the price is right then go for it.

I used to deal with Bensonsworld a lot back in the days of widescreen VHS by snailmail. Recently placed an online DVD order from them and it just arrived - took two weeks from the e-mail they sent confirming dispatch. Whilst waiting for the order to arrive before placing more, I missed the one title on their January sale that I was after.

Anyway, just a note about the Bensonsworld website - they don't list aspect ratios or widescreen availability for many titles. I've tended to check the film entries at the Blackstar website where there is more information about a film's widescreen availability. This cross-referencing may confirm several films as available on r2 DVD in widescreen that Bensonsworld didn't list as such.
