How about just posting the details here??
I clicked the link, and because I hadn't used the plaza for a while, had to put my user name and password in again, and then it said the email address is not acceptable.
Would just be a lot easier to post it here instead of non-members of the plaza having to sign up just to see it.

It is valid to 31 October but can only be used for a "new" customer. It can only be used once per customer.

To be a "new"customer you only need to use different email address. Go figure...
