According to http://www.widescreentv.info/program.html the new episodes of
Simpsons are broadcast in 16:9, can anyone confirm this? I haven't got a
chance to watch any of them yet :), the reason I ask is because the ones
I've seen from American Digital TV have been in 4:3.
Thanks,

yes the new series is made in 16:9 ratio. However it depends on if channel ten have recieved the tapes in 16:9 or 4:3 format. It depends on if the distributer decides to send it in 16:9 format or not. This may be due to most countries not having digital yet. But i'm pretty sure it will be broadcast here in widescreen.

No, the Simpsons is not made in 16:9. This is an error.
