Was just told by the retailer this in relation to my Humax F1 4000T and my
proposition to buy the above mentioned TV. He said,
"The digital box will be ok if it has 480p for the plasma screen. But for
the DLP you need a STB which can do 576p or 576i output for maximum quality.
Double check the digital FTA box is capable of this. If not, you can get
Foxtel to upgrade it when avaliabile."
WTF? I only mentioned in passing that I will connecting Fuxtel to the TV,
along with the Humax.
Anyone able to shed some light or am I just stupid? (Don't answer that
part).
