Foxtel Digital over Cable without Telephone

Thie telephone return path thing - do you think I'll be able to get
Foxtel Digital without the return path ?

I'm just thinking that it would be my luck that the same thing stopping
me getting ADSL, ISDN, Dialup internet could very well stop me getting
DIgital Television over Cable.

I have no interest in Box office, quizes or the like - just 10 or so TV
channels in good quality.
