Ditto here. I liked the Epson printers, and would quite happily have
bought their DVD printer had it been available.

Like you though, I bought the i865 and have not regretted it - a bloody
brilliant printer at a great price, and seems to be very economical with
ink. I am still on the original cartridges and have done perhaps 250
labels.

(Often the only way to pick the copy from the original is to turn the
disc over and look at the burning surface.
