Hi all,
For the last 18 months I've been using a VGA cable to connect my DGTEC STB to my
plasma TV. The other half still struggles a bit with changing from foxtel to FTA
to DVD, etc, so I thought I would let the moths out and buy a couple of
component video cables and run it via my Harmon/Kardon receiver which does
component video switching of two devices.
Pity the picture goes completely out of sync when I use the component connection
from the STB to the TV with the STB set to HD1, which is 1080i HD I believe. I
saw something about the STB outputting a very low frequency signal which my
display may have trouble with, but the specs of the TV indicate it should
support it.
Is this a fault with the DGTEC or a known feature?
Thanks for any help.
