Selling 300D kit, 3 lenses, flask and extras

I am selling all my D-SLR gear I bought in the states 3 months ago including my 300D, 70-200L/4.0, 24mm/2.8, 35mm/2.0, 420EX Flash and a bunch of accessories at a fair price. I got everything including manuals and receipt. Everything is in excellent condition and used sparingly. Anyone interested. I would prefer to sell everything all at once to someone moving up to the D-SLR range, but I am flexible to any offer. I am looking to move down into the pro-sumer range with the new canon single lens systems available next year like the Pro1, for convenience and ease of travel, plus I could use the cash. I live in NSW, attached is a picture of my gear and here is a list of what I got:
