(I need more money to throw at my Athlon Beast !)
This 533 Celery is of course secondhand (14months use), & is a PGA370 package, but comes with a Slot1 Daughterboard, so that it can be used on slot 1 boards.
Considering the included Slot1 daughterboard & CPU cooler, this deal is a sweet bargain at just $25 ! (even if it is an intel)
The daughterboard has jumpers on it marked "Overclock" so one might assume that this may let u unlock the multiplier ! I don't have any documentation for the daughterboard, nor do I know 4 sure what exactly, if anything, the "Overclock" jumper does, but at just $25, it's gotta be worth a fiddle to someone.
Would make good upgrade for an old 266+Mhz Pll machine.
Oh yea, nearly forgot, the celery is currently located in the Coffs Harbour area, but I will post anywhere in OZ at buyers expense.
For prospective sydney buyers, I have goods couriered to Parramatta every 2-3 weeks, so u can save on the postage by picking it up from there. (courier run is actually this weekend! have it in time for X-mas!)
I would even consider a swap for software, RAM, or anything non wintel really. try me. (Swap only in Coffs or Parramatta areas)
