Anyone in Melbourne had their technician turn up for upgrade today...

I have posted my experience further down but am wondering if anyone has had
their job go ahead in Melbourne today.

Would be interested to hear so that when supervisor rings me back I am fully
informed about what is going on.

Ozgal I had a no show yesterday

Not even a phone call

I just want the box as the picture on cable is CRAP, i dont care for FBO
etc, just the extra channels. Ill even set it up myslef (as I last time) -
dont trust the Fox techs with an AV receiver!!!!

Hi Chris,

You and me alike...just want better quality and a bit more choice (extra
discovery channels).

Have they contacted you yet...they should be shamed of their
ineptitude....even mum and pop business do better than this hot-air
multimillion excuse for a company.

I have been dealing with a supervisor directly, who has been most helpful
but still says the earliest can be done is MAY

I am not prepared to accept that, and he has upgraded me to some fancy code
which SHOULD mean when a spot is available it is in priority to people like
us who have been shafted.

The contactor still hasnt contacted me about the 12-5 appointment yesterday
GRRRRRR.
