Bablyon 5 Season 1

Just wondering if anyone else had purchased a copy of Babylon 5 Season 1 DVD from the UK. I got my copy last week and I have to say that I am really unimpressed with this supposed digital transfer. Pixelation on the first couple of discs is quite bad and on the episode "Soul Hunter" on disc 1, there are three scratches (that appear to be on the master) that appear at about 9:30mins. I wasn't impressed and when I told Blackstar about it, they checked another set and said that they were the same. Hope those of you that are holding out for the region 4 copy don't have the same problems.

Probably unrelated, but I noticed pixelation on some Farscape R2 DVDs from the UK, and I noticed that there was a very thin haze over the edge of the discs that were causing the problem.

I used one of those lint free glasses cleaning cloths and some isopropyl alcohol (head cleaner) to carefully wipe the haze away. Problem was solvered!!!

Don't know if this'll make any difference, but hopefully, it will!!!
