Devoted DVD...

Has anyone had problems with Devoted DVD? Have ordered thru them twice already with no problem, but a recent $300 order has not arrived after a month and there reponse to e-mail enquiries has been ordinary.
Anyone else have stories?

Amendment to this thread, which i would have thought extinct by now. Order shipped and sorted....In fact the original seems to have gone astray in the post (seems to happen far too often with DVD packages!) and a duplicate was sent without question.

I've never had a problem with them myself, but my orders haven't ever exceded $100. I've always found them to be pretty good. I'd say you're just gonna have to keep at em until some answers crop up.

Only ever ordered once. After 8 days I sent an email, asking when the order would ship, and they got up me saying there was a 14 day delay as stated on the site. Funny how it wasn't stated until after that.. I cancelled the order, and haven't been back

I have ordered twice with Devoted without a hassle! and when i ordered BTTF trilogy, i got free express postage :D

Devoted DVD are just up the road from my house and they rent DVD's for $2.20 for 3 nights, they don't even charge me late fees when I bring them back late! It's a very cool shop and you can bargin with them if you buy a few at a time.
