Q regarding EPGs

Hi there all,

Had a question re EPGs.
I can get the EPGs for Ch 7, 9 and SBS.

There doesnt seem to be one for Ch 2 or Ch 10.

Is this right or did my STB not pick it up.

Also, when I click on "info", it usually says "no information".
Occasionally, it has some info re what programme is on.

Is this right (ie no information most of the time) or
is my STB not picking it up?

I have a XMS007 STB and have uppgraded to the latest firmware.

2 and 10 don't have EPGs.

Nothing wrong with your STB. "Now and Next" is sporadic on some channels.
