I recently bought an X-Logic dvd player and it seems an ok player, for such price, plays cdr, cdrw, mp3's and has 5.1 onboard as well.
What I am trying to figure out is if it is another model rebadged as this so that I can hopefully turn macrovision off.
It is an X-Logic XLD-901 model and the DVD drive is a Fuss Audio DV9929B Chinese made unit. This is the same DVD drive as the Lenoxx DVD-8000 but it has different mainboards with diff, outputs.
What do I need to look at to find out if it can handle a code to turn macro off?
I've checked vcdhelp.com and google without any luck
(For any Tasmanians yes this is the $175 one from chickenfeed.)
