XMS 750 Troubles

I've had an XMS 750 for about 10 months now and have unlocked the region codes and am able to play other region DVD's without any issues.

However I have recently come back from a trip to the UK and have a soccer video that when I try to play it comes up with a fuzzy screen where you can't make out the picture at all.

The DVD runs fine on a friends Denon DVD player though...................anyone got any tips or advice on how to sort the problem out ?

I have about 10 region 2 DVD's that play with no troubles at all.

Is the DVD NTSC or PAL ?? Your tv/dvd player, might not be able to display NTSC signals..........
