Had my Satellite Foxtel upgraded 2 weeks ago. I have ADSL installed. Previous to the upgrade i had flawless service from Foxtel.
Ever since this the digital upgrade have an intermittent picture which varying picture and sound on some, if not all, channels. The sound and pictures are pixelated and distorted. Foxtel came out to service it last weekend and replaced a part on the satellite and realigned. It is now worse then ever
and foxtel is sending a 2nd grade technician to look at the issue.
Foxtel says they do not know what is wrong. I have stopped them billing me it is soo bad.
Very frustrating. Can't watch it. Can't enjoy it. Am i the only person in Sydney (or the world) with this experience.
Has anyone else had this experience? What is going on. Foxtel Digitial is not Getting On. I feel like Getting Off.
