Please Help!!!

I got given a Black Diamond Dvd/Vcr Combo Model BLD-DVC6500 as a gift from family. It only apparently plays discs coded Zone 4 or All. I buy a lot of Zone 1 dvd's which I can't play because of this problem.
Could someone please help me with some codes to over write this???

I'm no expert at these things,but I did multi region my first dvd player through the remote,if memory serves me correct I did a search for my brand name and kept searching for either multizone or multiregion,I just tried a quick search for you,with no luck,hopefully one of the experts can advise you,just ask around,Keith

I Have Just recieved this from Nole Leamings NZ ( Where i purchased my DVD/VCR DVD6500), I have not tried it yet as i still need to install it.

The englis is prety bad being from asia somewhere. let me know how you get on.

Dezoning instructions for the DV6500

Regional code Free

1) Connect TV & DVD
2) Open DVD Tray
3) Push remote control button in order of 0,5,2,0,up,down,left,right
(up,down,left,right means arrow buttons)
4) Close DVD Tray

If correctly follow the way above, you may see a sign "region free" on screen. If try No 1~4 again after regional code already been freed it will be locked again. So you have to repeat No 1~4 twice from first whenever fail to get code freed.

Does the "region-free" hack on this player work with RCE discs?

I've just remote hacked mine using the method for the Daewoo DQD-2100D model which I found at www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk.
