voxson DVD-mxk3 region unlocking & DIVX question

i've gone through the DVD threads & tho i've found heaps on unlocking DVD players, & a few for Voxson, there aren't any for my particular model.

I HAVE checked all of the websites ppl have listed, & have even tried the codes for other voxson models... one of the websites lists a hack for my voxson, but it doesnt work. can anyone help me out?

also, my friend say's he can watch DIVX's on his LG DVD, can you do this with many DVD players? I have a few DIVX's i'd like to watch without having to watch it on my computer screen/ connecting my computer to the TV!

Get the retailer you purchased your player from to contact Voxson and ask for the code, they have never been reluctant to help in the past with this sort of thing. If your retailer won't help just ask them for the number and give them a call yourself (I think they are in Brisbane from memory).

Find out what model player your friend has, I haven't heard of any LG models being available that can play Divx, perhaps it's something new.

Yes, Voxson emailed me back with the code - YAY!!

Sorry, forgot to ask my friend about his DVD player - DAMN IT!! :(
