decoder freezes up

hi i'm new to this forum...i got a uec 910 decoder and its freezes on waiting for NIT aquisitions when i tune and rescan ..can anyone help me... thanks

My guess is that frequency (or one of them if you have input multiple frequencies) is causing the problem.

I had a similar problem with my Foxtel decoder just before they took away that option. I had input everything correctly but there was some problem with one frequency. Through trial and error (adding a frequency then scanning then adding the next and so on) I discovered which one it was, removed it and the problem was gone.

I had the same problem with my UEC 800 series.... had to wait
3 weeks for Foxtel to rockup... they replaced the decoder
with the newer model UEC, with the original red card.

I have same problem I go through channel arangements and then searchservice names and I get access that way
