I would prefer not say, but they seem to be held in quite reasonable
regard by various writers on aus a/v related newsgroups. So even if they
treat there suppliers like garbage, they seem to keep the retail customer
happy and I suppose that is what matters.

It probably goes without saying that they won't be selling any Home
Cinema Imports products in the future.
