WinDVD 3.1

Hi ppl...using WinDVD 3.1 to watch some DVDs....I tried playing Band of Brothers R4 using this DVD sw and I just couldn't get the subtitles to be displayed...what am I doing wrong?

I tried selecting from the main menu....I tried right clicking when the dvd is playing and highlighting subtitles->english...still cannot...

Pls help
