If all you wanna do is watch/capture cable TV on your PC all you need is
analog capture card. There's quite a few out there, depending on how much
you're willing to spend. A lot of them also have tuners for regular free to
air TV & radio.

You will need something like a DVB-C PCI card, CAM and card (which you will
have already in your Foxtel Box)

Have a look at http://www.twinhan.com/visiontv-1_4.htm for their card, I
don't know which CAM you will need as I don't know what type of security
they are using. If you can find someone with a Irdeto CAM from the Foxtel
Sat setups you could ask for a lone to try it.
