Yes they gave us 20 mostly crap extra channels and wanted 20 bucks
more a month on Austar which has the same line-up as as Foxtel
The point is I think that premium channels cost lots of money and
because of various distribution deals in Australia we are not going to
see cable channels here like HBO, SciFi etc which make US pay TV so
go. (Well,better then ours anyway)

very doubtfull, what they will be doing is timeshifting on a lot of channels
, i.e. running a movie and starting it every 15 minutes, for the duration of
the movie. So if a movie is 2 hours long , they will use 8 channels.
But regardless of whether they have 7 channels 70 channels or 700 channels ,
you can only watch one at a time.
