need help from any movie buffs

Saw a movie last year on SBS that's still in my head, i've been trying to find out what it is but i don't have a clue. All i can remember is that it was based somewhere in Europe with a narrator and had a few stories going at the same time. One was about a guy in his 30's who still lived with his mother. He constantly get's drunk instead of going to work and for some strange reason when riding his motorbike, he wears his jacket backwards. He ends up crashing the bike after a drinking session and is knocked unconscious on the side of the road. Two officers come past and stopping to investigate see the guy. One of the guys thinking that the guys head is on the wrong way cause his jacket is backwards decides to turn it around, ending up killing the guy.
Thats the only scene i can really remember but if anyone has a clue what this movie is i'd appreciate the help, cause no one i've asked has a clue what i'm talking about.
