Let me just say firstly say I am extremely surprised with how civilized this section is lol in my class if this topic came up any Nintendo fan like me would be best not to say anything. The main reason is it's all about marketing and image, it seems my friends hate Nintendo because of it's look, I think Nintendo needs better marketing because people seem to be against it because of their image.

More and more games seem to be war and violence or sports games so gamecube should keep concentrating on their standout franchises like the reason I'm keepig my cube Zelda. But also try and get all the third party games that the other systems has.

I only really got back into this discussion when I found out about the new Zelda lol. Yeah normally when I enter these discussions people don't seem to care about how good the actual gameplay is they care about how it looks, and if it looks childish or boring - nup have to bag it out. So as I said it's nice to see people laying out all the facts in an even playing field and not just being rude and immature. :D :dD

Oh yeah and there's nothing like a grueling hard faught Super-Smash-Bros duke out lol. And I guess it depends what your used to but the gamecube controller fits like a glove!

**Bullsh*t**:p In the US the PS3 actually got released before the wii and the same in Japan. At least the wii can actually still have sell-outs at this moment but i can't say the same for the ps3 as my brother has said that ps3's are collecting dust on store shelves - and at $999 bucks - i don't blame them.:) I think that the 360 is still top of the range atm but the wii is stongly in second over the ps3. However - the wii might soon break the 360 and come out again on top after so many years when Mario Galaxy comes out this year. :p

I was clearly saying what happened worldwide.:p Can't wait if you're getting a ps3. Personally - its $999 wasted for an upgrade in graphics. Plus really when you think aboiut it - what games have the ps3 got exclusive that are coming out this year that would want to make someone want to buy one?

The Word 'exclusive' is played to death and more often than not they'll either be not worth porting to other systems, or console dependent anyway.

ah ok - maybe a system seller for me then as i am still right into FF12 at the moment. Maybe i would proberly pay $600 for the ps3 but i just couldn't pay 999 or the 850 for the other one. Just have to wait a year or so i guess.

I still havent grabbed FFXII. Will have til wait until I get 360 bored then I'll grab it. Plus I'd have to set it up on the floor and keep tripping over it. Cabinet only has enough room for one console.

In an ideal world there'd be 1 console and every farking game would work on it.

The PS3 exclusive I'm envious of is their Formula 1 games. Bastards have the licence on it.
