Just had to get this off my chest ...
I think that anything made by Teac is a big steaming pile of poo and anyone that willingly buys one is a f..king idiot. Anyone who receives one as a gift is really really unlucky and should kick who ever gave it to them in the nuts for being a stupid twat.
Their (non) customer service sucks donkeys knobs and their warranties are not worth the paper they are written on!
(sorry, I used to have a Teac TV that broke three times during the warranty period, and the last time it broke it took the c@%ts NINE MONTHS to fix it!)
So there you go - if you buy a Teac, you're a bloody idiot.
