Difference Between Marantz SR5300 and 5400

I have been offered a new SR5300 at a run out cost of $125.00 less than a
new SR5400.

Any reason to spring the extra $ for the SR5400?

Well they probably make 30% so why not ask for a more realistic offer. What
is the difference between a 6 month old unit from someones home and a new
one in the shop that is 6 months old. At least the used one works for sure.
