Hi, is there anyone else out there waiting for service from this group? I have spoken 3 times with this guy(after he posted a message selling DVD's in the other forum) but he promises to email details bla bla bla, but I am still waiting.I do not want this to sound like a whine session, just want to know whether anyone else is in the same boat.

From everything I have read about these guys (or guy as it only ever seems to be Adrian), I would rather buy from more reputable places and spend a couple of bucks more. There seems to be a lot of hot air from these guys, and their service is inconsistent. Some people report good service, some like yourself report none.

For R4 I generally buy from www.devoted.com.au (great service, and Glenn is a top bloke), and for R1 I still use Amazon (with gift certificates and vouchers), and www.absound.ca coz the Canadian exchange rate works out pretty nicely and their shipping is only 1 week.
