guess this is the place to post since i'm new here. So many topics about so many things, any suggestions on the best ones to look at?

www.photobucket.com is always a great way to start!

With that, welcome to the phorums!While this is true I think maise daisy is talking about an avatar (e.g. my little meerkat and SHY's blinkies)

Find a picture you like however there is a size restriction

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 60 by 60 pixels or 9.8 KB (whichever is smaller)

Go to User CP (the first item in the blue band across the screen) then select Edit Avatar and follow the instructions

If you can't resize it don't worry just post it in a post like FaerieKitteh says and one of the techy people here will resize it for you :)

Just thought that I would say "Hi" as I have just joined the forums after seeing the Letter To The Editor in the latest (Aug08) Art Monthly Australia mag. I was interested in the "mixed reactions" to the "Nude Girl", and wanted to see what reasoned discussion was being had :) I have posted my thoughts in the thread which was mentioned by Charmaine in her letter. I have farily strong views on most subjects, but I appreaciate reasoned discussion and I am willing to change my mind to a "better" view, especially to one if I have been 'wrong', and haven't seen why. So "Hi!" to all of you goodselves!
