APPARENTLY you can only get them from HMV (R4 ones anyway), but then again, judging from the ET fiasco, you don't really know who to believe these days.:rolling:

HMV are the only place you can buy them from and at a rather steep price of $49.95.....:o
Personally I think it is just some clever marketing and nothing more.

crap.....didn`t know the price of `em they can stick that..noticed that michael dvd reviewed hollow man...they say the picture is a vast improvent.....but with no extras at that price you`ld want extras r1 is know as superbit delux and you get two disks...r4 ripped off again.?? (that`ll be a first  )

You can get some Superbit Chinese DVDs from Asian DVD stores.

Not that I've tried them though.
But I've seen them say 'Superbit' on the front cover.:dD

The picture may be worth it for Hollow Man, but it is the commentary that stands out on Hollow Man. 10 times better than the actual film was.

although seeing better clarity of the fine woman Sebastian invades would be worth the superbit transfer alone

Who is actually one of the main actors in a movie I saw not long ago, Which the title evades me at present.

I been thinking of gettting a couple of superbits, had no idea they are being released in R4 though, I thought I'd have to get them shipped over. Still dosn't matter to me, I don't have a HMV in the area.
 :(

Hmm, not much of a selection though, probably only dracula and CT, HD I'd worry about. As you said above though, It is a bit steep. Especially if they are one 1 disc affairs. Would prefer to import to get a Special features disc.

Thanks for the info though.
:) :)

Hey orks,I havn't been right through it yet,i need to give it a proper viewing on the w/end.On what i have seen so far i would say it's pauls most symbolic movie. The lead actress is the same one as in spetters but she looks real high class in this one.Think of basic instinct done for an arthouse film noir audience and you got it.The comm is up to his usual standard:)

LOL superbit of a 1983 dutch movie?In your f*kin dreams:PI

What is this film like? Obvioulsy a Verhoven film, possibly one of his earlier films pre-hollywood? Is it any good?
