'Poolroom edition" will carry some additional material, but exactly what hasn't yet been specified by the distributor :-(
We've had a huge amount of interest in it since we put it up for advance notice on HomeScreen:

But it's a crime that this movie hasn't yet been released in R4 format. Never mind the injustices of the US free trade agreement, how about some conclusive action on releasing The Castle to Australian audiences? ;-)

I believe it is special "green felt digipak" packaging, not heard anything
on content. It is going to be a limited edition of 80,000. So i would say
grab one whilst you can.

Japanese Story, which won a swag of AFI awards (rightly or wrongly) can be
purchased from the States or Canada, but not released here yet. Go figure!

Careful if purchasing from R1 (America). It's an RCE (Region Coding
Enhanced) disc, and some multi-zone players get thwarted by RCE discs.

Mind you this is a recent release film(Japanese Story), there are heaps of
other Australian films which are available in R1 or R2 but not in R4
including and which have been out for ages:-
Death In Brunswick(R2)
Flirting(R1)
The Year My Voice Broke(R1- now OOP I believe)
I think there may been a R2 release of Dogs in Space at some stage also, but
is probably OOP now as well, but definite no R4 release as yet.
