Topfield TF5000PVRt, anything else is a compromise...

From a Choice report comparing some PVRs (and DVD recorders..?):
The Results

1. Pioneer DVR-310 analogue DVD recorder
2. Topfield Digital HDR
3. OMNI DW2105 analogue DVD recorder
4. Hyundai HY-DVDR analogue DVD/HDR recorder
5. Strong STR 5390 Digital HDR
6. Thomson DTR6000AU Digital HDR
7. Digitrex GKX-9000 analogue DVD recorder
8. Hyundai DVR-900A analogue DVD recorder

You can probably take those results with a grain of salt however, as power
usage tends to be a bigger focus than other useful features...

Anway, I stole this link off the DBA forums:

which is much more useful, as it compares PVRs only, you will see that the
Topfield is really the most feature packed.
