Anyone know where I can get this done?

I'm in Canberra but make frequent trips to Sydney and have friends there who can take it into a store and pick it up for me.

Any good places to go?

Depends on your model, but Campsie Hi-Fi (www.campsiehifi.com.au) do DVD moding/upgrades from $100 & up.

there is also a way to do it yourself, if your interested.

That'll take you directly to your models hacking info.
