Great news. Somebody has finally invented an analogue television that can
handle 16:9 FTA transmissions without needing a builtin digital tuner or
STB.

But it is not anamorphic widescreen, just a zoomed/cropped/morphed analogue
signal.

The ONLY way to get true widescreen is with a SD/HD tuner, whether it is
stand-alone
or in a TV already.
