Weird Al's "eBay song"
That's a really cool song. I heard it a few months ago. He obviously does eBay as he knows a fair bit about it.

This and more in Poodle Hat (2003)

Track Listing:
1. "Couch Potato," parody of Eminem's "Lose Yourself"
The first single from Yankovic's new album, Poodle Hat, is a commentary on America's obsession with television set to the tune of "Lose Yourself." Weird Al's "Couch Potato" begins ceremoniously with the satirical icon asking, "If you had one shot to sit on your lazy butt/ And watch all the TV you ever wanted/ Till your brain turned to mush/ Would you go for it?"
2. "Hardware Store"
3. "Trash Day," parody of Nelly's "Hot in Herre"
4. "Party at the Leper Colony"
5. "Angry White Boy Polka," parody of Papa Roach's "Last Resort," System of a Down's "Chop Suey," the Vine's "Get Free," the Hives' "Hate to Say I Told You So," the White Stripes' "Fell In Love With a Girl," the Strokes' "Last Nite," Disturbed's "Down With the Sickness," Rage Against the Machine's "Renegades of Funk," Limp Bizkit's "My Way," Staind's "Outside," Kid Rock's "Bawitdaba," P.O.D.'s "Youth of the Nation" and Eminem's "The Real Slim Shady"
6. "Wanna B Ur Lovr" 7. "A Complicated Song," parody of Avril Lavigne's "Complicated"
8. "Why Does This Always Happen to Me" with cameo by Ben Folds
9. "Ode to a Superhero," parody of Billy Joel's "Piano Man"
10. "Bob", a homage to Bob Dylan
11. "E-Bay," parody of the Backstreet Boys' "I Want It That Way"
12. "Genius in France" where Dweezil Zappa plays guitar on a nine-minute tribute to his father, Frank Zappa

That's some well deserved recognition for Weird Al, I am a huge fan and yes it is a great song, that's also a great album one of his best. On that one I especially love the spider-man song and the hardware store lol that bit at the end where he goes heaps fast...magic(or matching) salt and pepper shakers...
yeh but a lot of his most classic songs are on running with scissors - you havn't lived until you have heard albaquerquie :) :D

Bah, Running With Scissors? Old School Yankovic beats that album hands down. Even Worse, Off The Deep End and Alapalooza. In terms of songs... I'd have to go with "Harvey the Wonder Hamster", although there's something about "The Biggest Ball of Twine in Minnesota" that gets me every time. And "Melanie" is one of the most underrated love songs of all time.

It was fantastic to see him live last year, especially when he played Melanie. The man knows how to have a good time. :)

Well before I would have agreed with you but recently I heard one of greatest hits and really I didn't see the same quality as of now, the lyrics were on par I suppose but the music just wasn't as energetic and made the songs a little boring, and some included immature farting and burping noises which ok is sort of funny but I know he is way more creative than that. I mean I am not an expert but of what I have heard of his old stuff it doesn't seem to be as good as what I have heard recently.

Had to play "The night santa went crazy", "Christmas at ground zero" and "Twelve things I hate about chrismas" full blast at work last Christmas. My workmates got the joke once they had heard them a few times!!!!!!
