Well I suggest you judge that for yourself by asking for a demonstration at
a store.

I disagree, the Sony product is superior.

But as Chriz said - Well I suggest you judge that for yourself by asking for
a demonstration at
a store.

Hi Ugly

I cannot see how you say the Sony is better, though I respect your opinion.

I have seen the Sony, Panasonic and LG/Samsung LCD in the same room running
the same HD demo. The fact that you can watch the LCD units without having
to sit in a line behind the middle of the screen. A mate brought the 162cm
16x9 Samsung and it is changed my thinking on RPTV. Initially I would not
piss on RPTV if they were on fire..... but I would consider one now.

Cheers

Somehow, I've got a feeling that pissing on an electrical appliance
that's on fire could be a rather original way of committing suicide...

I agree wholeheartedly with Lester. I've got the LG rear-projected LCD and
it just leaves standard rear-projection for dead.....go into a Harvey Norman
and just compare the picture with all the others around it.

Some issues have been raised in this group about LGs after-sales service,
but the one time I've had to use it, they've been great.

this is a post made simply to get the thread high enough to get Mr "Truly Wondrous" off the page.
