sbooth29 has taken a precaution by only using an email address, not a telephone number. Anyway I work for a big big place and put a notice on our electronic noticeboard at work (Melbourne office, not Sydney office). Most people that work for us are trustworthy, they have to sign all sorts of agreements including ethical & confidentiality agreements before they can start work.
