Grey text for spoilers?

Any chance thjat grey (or the colour the text window background is) to the list of colours?
Would be good for posting spoilers. You'd have to highlight the text to read it, and if you didn't want to read the spoiler, but the rest of the thread, its possible. Also allows people who have seen the movie/tv show to talk about it all in the one thread.

I've played around with it in the past, but had a few problems.
One was that the grey alternates in shade on every 2nd post.

There may be an easy way around this, but it's got me beat.
I'll ask the boss and see what he can do (when he has time).

The only thing I can think of without knowing the details of your system is:

You could introduce a new tag to indicate a spolier. then determine the number of posts in the tread (including the new post). If the number is odd replace the [spoil] tag with the dark grey color tag else if it is even replace the spoil tag with the light grey tag.

The way it's usually done is to make a table with a white cell and then the text inside the table is white to match the background of the white cell with "Spoiler:" in the top left corner of the cell.
