Just purchased a TEAC DVB420 so I can show TV on my new Infocus 4805 projector. I had a brand new antennae installed yesterday. I hooked up the antennae from the wall plug to the STB then to my Pj composite terminal (as I'm already using the component for DVD player), switched everything on and used auto tuning, it all worked fine except for some reason I can't get channel 7 or 10 at all, no signal, nix, nothing.
The antennae cable I'm using from wall to STB is an old one I found at home.
The composite cable from STB to Pj I used I had to put a joiner in so it would reach the Pj (4m), (picture is not great but watchable).
Going to DSE today to buy new correct length cables just in case the other ones are the problem.
I also have a cable from the STB to my TV, the TV has been tuned in separately, yet all channels work fine and are crystal clear.
What I don't understand is why would I get the other channels but not 7 or 10?? any ideas?
