Just was supposed to go TV shopping today, screwed myself watching the
Opening of the GAMES :) so i did not go :(

Was looking foward to going and seeing one the Pansonic TV's in
action.

Your thoughts.

I take it the picture is better than any Plasma or LCD ?

Thanks.

HELLO NURSE.

HELLO NURSE.
I spent a few weeks checking out stores, reading all I could of Forums such as this.
I believe that the Panasonic Picture was more natural than the Philips or Toshiba 86cm TVs and was over $1000 cheaper than the Sony.
I am worried about the life span of Plasmas and anyway the one's I liked were about $10,000 plus.
Now I have the Pana I am very happy , it is a nice TV and I cannot fault the Picture.
I have teamed it up with the Samsung 3 in 1 box.
SD is fine when watching 'The Bill' you can see all the acne scars on the actors, do not think I need to see much more definition.
Hope this has been some help.
I paid $3149 delivered.

I think a good CRT is better than any Plasma or LCD also, take a look at
the 86cm Toshiba

I got it through the Union Shopper.
Retravision supplied it.
I should think most stores will match the price if you pay cash.
