Pioneer VSX-D714 - Opinions?

Hi all...

Looking to get a decent "entry level" AV receiver, and have stumbled
upon the Pioneer VSX-D714 at the Pioneer Australia website for
AUD$699. It looks pretty good to my un-educated eyes with extra
features like component video switching, and performing D/A conversion
at 192 kHz.

Before I get a chance to go trial one on the weekend, does anyone here
have opinions about this particular Pioneer receiver, or Pioneer
receivers in general?
