DefTech Speaker Opinions

Hi All,

I recently listened to a DefTech BP8 setup (Denon 1608 receiver) at
Audion Connection (Sydney) and was really impressed. I am fairly new to
the realm of home-theatre/audio so was looking for more experienced
opinions on these speakers. I found them to be very accurate in sound
reproduction.

It'd be helpful to get feed back from people who have listened to these
speakers and have decided to go with other choices in the same price
bracket, as well as those who have gone with these speakers in favour of
other similarly price speakers.

Sorry, I haven't heard the BP8's. I have listened to the BP2002 setup
and was blown away. I am very happy with my ProMonitor 100 & 200 home
theatre speakers. BP8 uses the same drivers, so I can assume they
sounds great. I believe audio connection in Sydney is the only
dealer, but that's only based on a quick google. I brought mine back
with me from the states. My only regret with the DefTech's was that I
didn't by a bigger system and bring them back to Oz with me. It was a
tearful parting with my PF15TL+ sub.....
