I have seen the Toshiba and it looks great. I don't think you will regret
it.
It has three scarts in the rear. I don't think the Panasonic does.

Hmm. The information on the web doesn't mention SCARTs, only
component. Perhaps it does this over SCART. If so, do you know if it
will also accept RGB over SCART?
