MTV & V not widescreen anymore

Haven't watched MTV & V for a very long time. Last time I watched a few of
the songs were widescreen, but its now TOTALLY 4:3 what's up with that.
Rage on Saturday shows 16:9 content in 16:9 but the very same songs on V or
MTV are 4:3
At least Club V is still widescreen.

noticed mtv has changed their fonts used in the titles today. doesnt look as good as the old version if you ask me. as for channel v, well that channel is totally ********. max and channel v seem more about the 'look' of the program rather than the actual content, spraying huge logos and fonts over the screen. yuck! as for the widescreen thing, i hadnt noticed. i mainly watch mtv and sometimes clips are broadcast in widescreen but i havent fiddled around with the display ratio to see if it makes any difference.
