we have two foxtel boxes, one upstairs and the other downstairs. at the
moment on our up stairs box we can only get the free to air channels, the
'radio' channels , the fashion Channel and Eurosport-all the others say no
signal..But, the box downstairs is working OK. Anyone else had /have this
issue, we had it before but it came back after a few days but I'm getting
fed up with this happening, I don't want to have to contact foxtel before I
have an idea what the issue is as they don't know what they are doing with
digital. I think its a signal strength issue as we only have one red bar
and -8Db signal strength.

Do a "Reboot" and that should fix the problem.

Turned out to be water IN the splitter, its fine now, never had such a
strong signal. Its never worked properly since April when it went in as it
was always freezing, pixelating and dropping. It must have been installed
like this as it was dry in the Telstra box so a bit of a mystery. If anyone
else has problems check if there is water on (or like in our case inside the
components) first.Just glad its working OK now as I was just not impressed
by digital compared with analogue seems great now though.....
