z330 gmc playback

sorry if this has been raised before, but just wondering if the z330 can playback gmc encoded mpeg4 files as it claims. I don't imagine they would advertise it if it didn't, but just wanted to be 100% sure, because my xms989 can play qpel, but not gmc.

I wouldn't mind getting one of these, especially if it can do gmc, but I may hold off till closer to the end of the year when hopefully we will have a better idea of what the new chipsets can do. I read somewhere there is a new mediatek chipset due in September, is this true?

Both models of the Zensonic play every file on the german divx test disc that gets mentioned all the time, which includes all the qpel and gmc test files without issue.
