Channel 7 is constantly hosed...

I have a Teac SD STB, about 2.5 years old (model escapes me right now).

Now like most STB's that I have seen in operation, breakup is fairly common,
although on 9 and 10 it's rare, and if it does happen it's only for a second
or two.

If I flick to channel 7, the picture will be perfect, but after 30 seconds
or so, it breaks up to the point where its unwatchable for about 10 seconds,
then it's ok again, but only for another minute or so, and then another 10
seconds of breakup, and so on and so on.

Channel 2 has a slighlty weirder problem, in that flick to 2 and its
perfect. Wthin the first two minutes I will get a good 30 seconds or so of
unwatchable breakup, then the picture goes perfect and stays that way.

I have reset the box to factory defaults several times, and re-scanned all
the channels, but nothin seems to fix this problem.

Any ideas?

ok - it is a DVB-200

I guess I will grab the latest firmware, as I have never updated it.
