i have the same player as you and i got mine chipped for about $100.00 i dont think there is a code you could use on this model and if the is it will lock on the last region selected after 20 times

hey there i work @ a philips service centre, NO modification has to be done at all. all that needs to be done is the region code needs to be changed on the machine (takes 5 mins at the most)

after doing this the unit will be multi-region for ever. :)

I searched the net and came up with a couple of dvd region hack sites. I bought a One For All remote, put in a code and Voila! multi region!!

DragonKZ - which service centre are you at?
Might be handy to know since my multi-zone 725 is over 2 years old now. Dont want it fixed and have it end up an R4 player! :)

I'm not at a service centre, just trawled the net and came up with the remote and codes needed for conversion, all available on the in Australia.
