What I want to know is, can any of you regular Rage watchers tell me if the times listed are generally pretty close, spot on, or completely wrong, so I can set up the recording please. TIA.

They're usually spot on - if an earlier ABC show goes overtime they tend to just cut off the videos at the start so that everything lines up.
