bad stutter .. then no sound on zensonic330

I have 2 movies encoded with XviD latest. The movie playing fine, however, you canNOT fast forward nor review... (or it will take a long time)
The sound only appears for the first few seconds of the movie.. then stutter.. then no sound... both movies have the same symptoms.

the problem posted here for firmware techno.. ? possible to fix.. or it is related to the codecs... then ? limit of the chip..
spec. as follow

1. Audio : 111 MB, 163 Kbps, 48000 Hz, 2 channels, 0x55 = MP3 encoder
(reported by AVIcodec)
164 kb/s (82/ch, stereo) VBR LAME3.92 (same file reported by Gspot)

2. Audio : 85 MB, 137 Kbps, 48000 Hz, 2 channels, 0x55 = MP3 encoder (reported by AVIcodec
138 kb/s (69/ch, stereo) VBR (same file reported by Gspot)

* the problem is due to VBR !!!??

Latest version of Xvid has some known issues with hardware players, there have been some reports of users being able to get them working with some different settings, check the zensonic forums for specific info as it was posted over there.
